Choosing The Right Niche Can Be Difference Between Success and Failure
Because of social media, blogs, and the massive number of affiliate programs that exist online, it’s now possible to turn just about ANY passion into a sustainable business.
That’s why when people ask me “What niche should I choose?”, I always fire back:
“What are you passionate about?“
See, I could SAY that your blog should be about weight loss and promote six-pack abs programs, or “green” energy products, or internet marketing programs, or dog training courses but that would be stupid of me if you weren’t passionate about that topic.
You’ll Hit a Brick Wall if You Ignore This
I mean, who wants to start a blog about something they don’t give a poop about? If you’re writing articles or making blog posts or landing pages for something that you don’t care about, then you’re going to run into a brick wall.
Here’s why…
When you hit a bump in the road, and you don’t care about what you’re writing about, you’ll have zero motivation to get over the hump.
Or… if you try to write about something that you don’t know anything about, you’ll sound like a real goof awfully quickly.
And… if you plan to answer people’s questions and recommend them specific affiliate programs, how will you know how to answer their emails if you don’t care about the niche? (Which means you probably don’t care about them!)
Easy Solution
So, the easy solution to this…
Do what you love.
What gets you fired up? What makes you excited for the day?

Pick any one of those, and I could talk/write about it all day and not get bored… I love hearing people’s opinions and experiences, and when people have a different opinion, I get excited because it means I’m about to have a great discussion…

- Is it singing?
- Maybe it’s a sport?
